How can I activate the traffic package? 

The traffic package can be added in the Upgrade center in your Trusted Shops account. Once activated, the traffic package can be configured under More > Traffic package

How do I create a voucher?

In order to use a voucher as part of the traffic package, for example in the Exit intent pop-up, it is necessary to first create it in My Trusted Shops. How it works:

  1. Log in to your My Trusted Shops account and click on “More >> Shop vouchers".

  2. If you manage several online shops, select the one for which you want to create the voucher in the menu on the top right.
  3. Enter the content of your voucher into the form, for example voucher code and value.

  4. Check your details and publish the voucher with the yellow button. Now you will see your newly added voucher at the bottom of the page in the voucher list.

What does the traffic package contain?

The traffic package consists of three components: the extended shop profile, the exit-intent pop-up and the offers to be shown on the confirmation page after a customer has left a review. All components can be activated separately and configured by clicking on the arrow to the right.

1. Extended shop profile: attract customers to your shop

The review profile enables you to place a link to a campaign page of your shop or a discount coupon prominently. To do so, you need to create a voucher first. Once you have created a voucher, enter the campaign text, the link the campaign button should lead to (URL) – for example, a link leading to the landing page of the campaign – and the text for the campaign button and select the corresponding voucher. Now, you can only save your campaign or activate it immediately. To see the voucher live, click on the button “Call up shop profile”.

2. Exit-intent pop-up: keep your visitors in your shop web pages

When a visitor is about to leave your online shop, a pop-up with a discount code appears. You thus give them a good reason to stay. You can choose to publish a standard voucher (see image below) or other content completely customised to your shop. The duration of the voucher pop-up can be customised. The standard duration is 10 seconds.

3. Offers on the thank-you-for-the-review page: transform occasional shoppers into regular customers

The goods have arrived and customers have left a review on your shop. On the confirmation page appearing after the review has been left, you can place an offer encouraging customers to buy again from your shop. Enter the campaign text, the link the campaign button should lead to (URL) – for example, the link leading to the landing page of the campaign specifically created to thank customers for their review – and the text for the campaign button and select the corresponding voucher. Now, you can only save your campaign or activate it immediately.
